Alma Couture is committed to ensuring fast, secure and trackable deliveries throughout Italy. All orders are shipped via courier* GLS - SDA - POSTE ITALIANE .

*THE TERM COURIER REFERS TO ONE OF THE CARRIERS WE USE FOR THE DIFFERENT SHIPPING ZONES

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours from payment confirmation.

Once entrusted to the courier*, delivery generally takes 1-3 business days , depending on the destination.

Note: delivery times may vary due to holidays, adverse weather conditions or remote areas.

In the event that a Collection and Article are offered for Pre-Order, orders will be processed in chronological order of receipt, starting from the specified management start date.

Shipping costs

• ITALY:

           -Prepayment 6,90€

            -Cash on delivery: 9.00€ for orders with cash on delivery payment

•  ISLANDS and VENICE: 15.00€ 
• REST OF EUROPE: shipping cost 25.00€, cash on delivery service not available

Cash on delivery is excluded for pre-order products

Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number of the package, to monitor its status in real time on the courier's website*

Important note

• Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

• In case of absence at the time of delivery, GLS will make a second attempt or leave a notice to arrange a new date.

• If the customer is absent even at the second delivery attempt and the package goes into storage, the release and re-delivery will be at the customer's expense.

• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Any storage due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will be redelivered at an additional cost of 4,00€
